If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, or if you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please retain the original shipping box and all packing materials and contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing giftshop@blackberryfarm.com or calling 865-380-2266. Unopened, unused items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery (with the exception of food products). Gift Certificate purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened.
